Bug setting spelling language in Word 2007

As an update: I opened a pdf from our Australian partners and it opened in English (Australian) and
used English (US). THis is clearly a bug as the language settings are not retained.

Language in PDFs can't be blamed on Word, and it is not unusual for
documents to mix language settings if text has been pasted in.
