She'll observe the expected behaviour, that's for sure. The open
file dialogs in Microsoft Office are something special. I would
expect that Marla will observe the same "strange" behaviour in all
of the Microsoft Office applications on her computer.
But this is not a problem. Usually you have two options to select
the file: By double-clicking the file, - but this works only, if
the highlighted command in the context menu of the file is "Select"
-, or by typing the file name in the correspondent combobox . In
the latter case you don't have to type the complete file name; once
you start typing, the combobox displays a drop down list from where
you can pick the desired file name.
