I keep getting an invalid product ID error. Got tired and gave up. This kind
of problem reminds me why I changed to MAC. MS get your stuff together
PLEASE!!

Same here. I don't care that it doesn't provide anything more than signing
up: it should work, period.

That said: it's the only fault I've found
so far. Pretty pleased with everything else!
Same problem. The registration form will not accept my Product ID number as
valid. I'm trying, in vain, on the phone RIGHT NOW to get this problem
resolved. I've got 1/2 hour in so far with customer service!!!
I had the same problem: a valid PID but no joy in registering. Forget trying
to cut and paste; that doesn't work either. Maybe Apple will get iWork to be
cutting edge and then Microsoft can beg Google to buy them. Otherwise, I might
just decide OpenOffice or NeoOffice is the better way to go.
why doesn't Microsoft address this problem
and why don't they let you cut and paste it from somewhere instead of
transcribing it by eye
I'm glad to see this blog. Thought I was having a serious case of
dyslexia trying to enter the product ID. Don't you have to be
registered to have support?
