This still didn't fix my problem. And yes, it does effect every Mac in
my system.

Please forgive my newbie mistakes.

I have tried everything suggested and nothing works on any Mac running
in our schools.

Still Unable to add a delegate.

very frustrating. Only PC users can add delegates.

Any other suggestions

You may wish to install the update again right after the restart (inser
this as step 2.5 on my previous response). On my development/testbe
computer I performed a re-install as a safeguard but it was no
required on my production computer

I have reinstalled on multiple computers and no joy.

Here is the error that I am seeing.

Entourage cannot connect to the Exchange server.
Make sure that your password was entered correctly and try again (Error
:65486)

Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated.

The only item I can find that creates this error is if I leave th
"Advanced..." settings for the "My Delegates" section either blank o
set up with the HTTP address of the Exchange box. If I use the Exchang
Server name (ie. "EXCHANGE01" or whatever your Exchange box is named)
was able to connect properly.

Do you remember if you had an error message from the installer claimin
there was an older version of the Daemon running? If you did, go to you
Login Items tab of your Accounts System Preference and delete all of th
Microsoft Database Daemons then restart (do not delete the "Microsoft A
Daemon"). The Daemon will be re-installed as soon as you run Entourag
after the restart.

Outside of the suggestions above I have no other clue as to why this i
still a problem for others on this thread
