Cant get Speech recognition to work, hardware tested fine.

the speech recognition and the handwriting recognition features
in Office 2003".

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306537/en-us "How to install
and configure speech recognition in Windows XP". Someone as
knowledgeable as you should be able to figure out how to
uninstall from these instructions.

You still have not quoted the exact error messages you see on
your screen, and I can't see your screen from here.

Starting with #2 as stated below: I press the language tab, then Details. I
do not have a Text services and input languages. I do not have the option of
Installed Services. I am not able to do these steps as stated below. Please
reply..... Apparently I am not as knowledge as we both think.

2. Click the Languages tab, and then click Details under Text services and
