Yes I am out of ideas... you have appointments you can see in the archive
in all appointments view but not in day/week/month when you view the date
range the appointments are in. You confirmed the date range on the
appointments and the /Cleanviews switch didn't help so its not a filter
hiding the appointments.

Okay, I got it right. Unfortunately, it didn't solve the problem.
There
are
(and have been) certain recurring appointments that show.

That's because there is no /clearview switch. The switch is
/cleanviews
