For any user that requires a file conversion of OST to PST, I suggest that you use FixVare OST to PST Converter, which is a good tool for changing data from OST files to PST files. This tool worked great for me when I changed all of my info from an offline OST file to a PST file. You can get it on your Windows PC, add the OST file, and then start changing the file to PST format. You can additionally download a trial edition first to make sure it works properly.
