crosstab query values

Great, thank you so much. It works just as I wished! My final and last
question, forgive me if I already asked. Is there a way that in my column
headings, instead of it displaying the full date of mm/dd/yyy, can it display
just the month name?

The column heading on the report is a text box bound to a date expression.
You can simply set the format property.
