Disable command bar Excel 2007 and Vista

Ron,
Althought, this discussion was long time ago, but I've just found this
recently.
I try the ribbon example from you website, but this seems to be the manual
step.
If I use Custom UI editor manually and insert example it seem to disable the
menu command. Can I automate this or do this programatically?
