Double Booking Notification

C

Chris Ramsay

I think I already know the answer to this but I'll ask anyway. We have an
issue where meeting attendees are being double booked because the organizer
is not paying attention to the user's free busy information.

I was asked if there is a way to notify the organizer that they are double
booking someone. We have auto accept turned on for the conference rooms and
that is working fine. This is for the actual attendees.

We are running Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2007 client.

Thanks,
Chris

The user needs to pay more attention when they pick the time and the invited
person needs to decline the second invite.
