Compare the IE, Windows Security, and FP Settings on the machine that doesn't work and on the one that does (also any firewall
software settings like MIS)
Try changing the IE html editor to say Word, closing IE , then reopening IE and setting it back to FP
Also try a repair on IE (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=318378 )
Then make sure you get all updates from Windows Update for your OS, IE and MS Office
