I've been using the e-mail newsletter in my organization for 6 months with
great results. Two tricks to help with readablitiy. In Tools | Options, on
the Web Tab, make sure the email option, "send entire Publication as a JPEG",
is unchecked. Also, if a text box contains a graphic or is too close to
another object, it becomes a graphic and the text is smaller.
