Error 1919 when reinstalling Office XP

I have contacted a tech support individual who sent me the ODCB files in an
attachment and asked me to follow procedures on that link and then INSTALL
these files, but when I try to, I receive an error message saying that I
have to create an association in my control panel. I am NOT computer literate
and having a horrible time figuring this out. I have an ecommerce site that
depends upon this e-mail account. Can ANYone e-mail me privately to help Me?

I agree. I have gone to the site about correcting the error message but I do
not understand what it has ask me to do on some of the steps. Is there
someone out there that can assist me with understanding, what microsoft feels
are easy directions. I can get nothing done with office.
