There was a country song maybe 50 years or so ago that included the lines:

"Water in the well's gettin' lower and lower,
Can't take a bath for six months more,
But I've heard it said, and it's true I'm shore,
That too much bathin' will weaken you."

Wouldn't want you to be weakened, Tony.

Besides which, I thought at this time of year, all the water where you live
is in the form of ice and had to be thawed in a big pot on the stove if you
want it to pour rather than rattle.
