Help with Publisher 2000

Were you able to open the pub file when she sent it to you?

Hi Don,
I emailed you the file yesterday but it is quite large, perhaps it was
rejected. The file size is 172MB. Iam installing the updates you suggested
right now.

Lynnie, 172 mb is a bit large. I don't think the system will send that size
of an attachment.

Lets hope the Service Packs cure your problem.

Don, when I have tried to download the service pack 3 it comes up with an
error that says "The expected version of the product was not found on your
system"

I think for SP 3 to take Publisher 2000 has to be a part of Office 2000. If
Publisher 2000 was installed as a stand alone program, SP 3 isn't for it.
