How to Filter a phone logs on Category?

Brownie point indeed, I didnt think of printing directly from the search
folder:)

I have try to get the last to items, but so for only ad-hoc workarounds that
aren't really practical (include start time in your subject, make a reminder
with the start time etc). If I suddenly should come across some smart
solution I will post back.

As for PDA, I would post it here, as a now thread. I have a Nokia E65
myself, but as that is a Symbian phone I am hesitating to try syncing it. We
will see, good luck with your Palm!

I think that I may have failed to explain the scenario properly.
I apologize.

What I meant is that in the notes area of 'tasks' and 'meetings' the
literal 'start time' *automatically* appear with the correct date. In
addition, for 'meetings' the correct start time as well as the correct
end date/time appear. For 'tasks' the start end/time displays as
'12:00 am'.

I understand (and agree) that in your situation incomplete data is
unacceptable.
In our case, being a small company, we would be using this information
weekly to invoice and the calls, tasks, etc would be relatively fresh
in our minds.

Ha ha, I believe your company is larger than ours, its just that we are good
at making a large appearance:)

On our own account, we dont need further details for invoicing etc, but I
will most likely within short have several customers using the system that
do. But I think we have come as far as we can on this one, looking forward to
the next funny challenge with BCM though!

And we thought that we sorta had it working :(.
We were *wrong*!

I syncronized with my Palm Treo 680 (Palm OS) before I went on the
road today.
After that, on my Palm, I set the category of one of my meetings to
'To Invoice (red)'.
Back at the office I sync again and the good news is that the BCMs
meeting is now categorized as 'To Invoice'.
I then go into the search folder and it is empty (as before) - same
thing when I try the custom report that I created - empty.
I can't say precisely when BCM broke because I have not been watching
it (since we had it working).

This reminds of the early days of PCs when you never knew what the s/w
was going to do next.
It is hard to believe that 20 years later I am still wasting my time.

A small edit....
When I change the filter on the search folder to 'category is not
blank' three E-mails appear that are not categorized but have a follow
up flag set.
Way too cool.
