I LOVE email notification.
I LOVE IT.

I was on the newsgroup for many years before Mactopia.
I would write on paper notes my threads and take them off the bulleton board when resolved. Of course if someone piped in a month later, I would never know.

Ironically, Mactopia is the only forum that has weird corruption with email notification. On balance it's still worth it -- so far.
