Inserting a video file

Also I downloaded the media player add-in, I'm running Vista..everytime I
try ti install it I get "the system administrator has set policies to
prevent this installation" Frontpage tells me it's not a valid add-in..

If you are getting that message, then you have a web open.
Your problem with inserting the video is probably down to compatibility
problems - see my other post which mentions this.

It asks me if I'm sure I want to convert because: 1> Pages that include
files may not be updated when included files change. 2>Hyperlinks on
link
bars may be removed. 3> Themes on pages may be lost. All
my
pages include files and all my link bars obviously have hyperlinks. Is
the
conversion worth it? I'm not even sure what the benefits are.

What "scary" questions does it come up with?
