Hi-

Yes I have an idea please post your setuplog(xxxxxxxxxxx) that Buckland
mentioned and I may be able to help you out. I am will be looking primarly
at your temp variable and your LIS locations. If you read your log file and
you see something like this:

C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\\SetupExe(20060621194737908).log

(two back slashes in any of the paths--note the one after the "temp folder")

Then we need to change your temp variable to H: and NOT H:\ in Windows XP

If, on the other hand you have already installed the product then we need to
navigate to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Delivery\SourceEngine\Downloads

and delete the following GUID registry keys:

{30120000-0011-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C
{30120000-0015-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C
{30120000-0016-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C
{30120000-0018-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C
{30120000-0019-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C
{30120000-001A-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C
{30120000-001B-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C
{30120000-0044-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C
{30120000-006E-0409-0000-0000000FF1CE}-C
