Outlook 2010 addresses this issue and makes all day events without time
zones. But until you upgrade, you'll need to live with it- make the
appointments for the time zone you are in the most - you can use the time
zone mover tool to adjust them. It's not recommended you use the tool when
you are going to be in the other zone for short periods - use it for
permanent changes.
