You could give a shot by disabling softwares like Spy-Sweeper or even try
installing Office in the Windows Clean boot.

Hey there!

I have exactly the same issue with MS Groove. The offered suggestion
down help. I did find that I don't have permissions on the registry key
mentioned on the errors, but when I take ownership and delete them an
try to reinstall, I still get the same error.

Rather a sticky error. Don't feel like paying 300 dollars for Microsof
tech support to suggest that I'd reinstall my OS
