MS Office 2003 on XP

Hi Denise.

If the only place that you're seeing that size is in Add/Remove Programs, then it's likely a mistake in what is written there, (and
that can be caused by using some 'cleanup' programs on your PC among other causes). You did mention that you're having issues with
trying to reinstall.

I'm assuming the CD you have is for the same Office 2003 product edition already installed?

If you run, from the Microsoft Office choice in Add/Remove Programs, the Repair/Reinstall from Support or Change (have your CD
available) does it complete, if not then the exact error message you're getting may help in finding the resolution.

I am very sure. This is exactly what it is 4,094.00 >>

Thanks Bob, I did find out that my CD is ok. It had an issue with my kodak
software so I deleted it and the CD works fine. No thanks to the Dell and MS
support people. I did a reinstall but it did not work to change the 4094 in
the add/remove area. It is still 4094 mb. I am afraid to uninstall the
Office just in case I can not get it reinstalled properly. Where else can I
find the size of the program to see if it comes up the same size?
