Did you actually call or are you speculating???? Last time I called
and asked to speak to a Customer Service Representative, per the
instructions in the KB article, to obtain a new CD key they didn't ask
for a credit card. Nor in the list of "items ready and available" does
it mention you need a credit card.
If you're simply speculating then I *do* hope you realize if you
followed the instructions in the KB article then you'd have a new key
by now...
