(Australia and others) Office 2000 had activation built
in from the beginning.

Just to let you know what happened.

I had to do something so decided to bite the bullet and install it.

It turns out that the version I have did not require activation as it
did not have SR-1 included.

All is running OK, and one nice thing is that I can have Outlook fully
operational and it does not cause problems if I have another e-mail
client as the MAPI client. With 97, it was one or the other.
