JoAnn,
I was able to review the archived post regarding a similar problem. The
resolution appears was to contact Microsoft directly. Do you have any
guidance on what number would be best to use?

I have Office Student & Teacher Edition. Does anyone know how to querry
for
reports on contacts?

:

As an eligible military member, I recently purchased MS Office
Standard
Edition 2003 in a retail box labeled Military Appreciaiton Edition.
During
installation, the initial screens display "Office Standard Edition
2003".
After entering the product key, the setup screen then displays
"Microsoft
Standard Edition 2003 for Students and teachers" even though the
retail
packaging does not identify it as such. Which version is this? What
exactly
(other than license agreement) is the difference in the editions? Any
known
reason for this?
