After the full download, the install was successful but it still required my
FrontPage 2003 CD. I guess the file is not really full of everything. All
my other Office programs are 2002 and were not involved in the update.

Error code 0x530 (decimal 1328) occurs when you attempt to install a Office
2003 Service Pack 2 when Office 2003 Service Pack 1 has been installed and
you are using Microsoft Windows Installer (MSI) version 3.0. To resolve the
problem, upgrade to MSI 3.1 (recommended) or download and install the
