Office wont start after update!

ok i installed office on a guest account non admin.

did update 12.1.1 i think it is? the SP1 update thats hwat it was called it still worked, then i did update 12.1.7 and it said can't install that update on this volume. a version of the software required to install this update was not found on this volume.

this thing is extremely fustrating. U would think microsoft would do 1 simple thing right.

ok now my microsoft word doesnt work on my admin account.

it worked when i didnt do any of hte updates but i guess the update from the guest account still afected the word on my admin account cuz its going to the damnn stupid update screen.

I'm sorry, but I believe you have problems that cannot be solved using this
forum. I suggest you go to the Apple store or your local Mac User group to
get some one-on-one help.
