Outlook Connector (Blank E-mail)

Also, I recently upgraded to Win 7 RC and was wondering if the issue is
because of that.

It very well could be. A Release candidate is not a final release, after all.
Report the problem to the Windows 7 team, if you can.

Looks like it's not a Win 7 specific issue. Other users are having the same
problem in Vista SP2.

Here is the link to my post on Windows Live Help -
http://windowslivehelp.com/community/t/68963.aspx.

The OS I have been using is Windows XP SP3, and the version of Microsoft®
Office Outlook® Connector is 12.0.6423.1000.

Yes, I haven't seen the issue with the old version of Connector -
12.0.6414.1000. I would like to know if there is any way we could revert back
to the old version of the connector. Or if we could download/reinstall the
old version from Microsoft's website?

I am running AVF Free 8.5, same as on my laptop where I have used the
Connector for over a month with no blank e-mail issue, including no problem
with the initial download of all my e-mails. However, for the sake of
following advice given here I disabled the e-mail scanning function, removed
the Connector, removed the account, reinstalled the Connector, downloaded the
account again, and got the same problem. So I did the same uninstall
routine, installed the version of the Connector I was using on my laptop
(12.0 something), and re-ran it all. Still got blank e-mails. They appear
to be the same blanks every time (and they are definitely not blank when I
view them online or in Outlook on my laptop).

One interesting thing -- everything works fine for the first 20 to 30
minutes or so of the dowload. The blanks come toward the end (which is not
to say they are the most recent e-mails -- the download order is a little
more random than that).

Are they blank online too? Are you scanning mail with a virus scanner?

the body of the email. I tried uninstalling Outlook Connector and

Panel<Mail<Profiles, rebooted windows each time. But all this to no avail.
Any solution or possible work around?

If you have antivirus integrated with outlook, uninstall it and reinstall it
without outlook integration.
