Well, I attempted the steps and am afraid that the process is a bit too
unwieldy for me. I set up a sytem restore point, then was unable to find some
of the files that the MS page directions told me to delete (exchange.ini for
example). Plus some of those Hkey files are a bit daunting for someone who
considers the registry a "no-man's land".

As it is, I am able to use Word, Excel, etc. Just need to look past those
obtrusive
error messages to gain access. Frankly, less stress than altering a registry.
Probably need to get a shop to delete the program for me. Thanks anyway for
input.
