If your read this I have concluded that making an text box "readonly" makes
it "null", therefore the formula in "add to cart" doesn't recognize it as
valid because the number must be >0 or a value the formula understands.

That was about my conclusion too. Sorry you found the tool you are using to
be so inflexible.

Thanks for all your help.

I have tired other companies who offer storefront and the other features I
am looking for but they have poor support, don't answer emails and after
thorough research are either not cost effective or not reliable.
