If these are non-OEM CD installation disks, there is no porblem to
install.
Not all CDs that come with computers are OEM, they may have been Retail.
THe poster is not explicit and questions need to be asked/answered.

If those CDs came with the other computer, no, you cannot install it on a
new computer.

Hi: great site, can I use the orig. ms office 2000 disks for Win XP
Prof, IE
ver 6.029 now installed on system, office disks show install for IE
5.01.
Will this affect Windows XP Prof? & my Internet Explorer? These disks
were
orig. on WIN ME & lost all previous data when I upgraded.
