Screen Resolution changes for no apparent reason

My Screen Resolution changes from 32 bit to 8 bit when attempting to e-mail
or use MS Word? Need help % thanks in advance.

Visit your PC maker or Vid card manufacturer and update your graphics
drivers

Version of Outlook? At what point does it change - as soon as you open
outlook or when you hit send?

It could be a bad video driver or outlook could be straining the resources
of the computer so the video drops down.
