Just downloaded tonight. Have been using the Trial version but now required
to upgrade & purchase. Been fighting this & searching for updates or ?? and
not finding any ref to this file in any searches. Credit card has been
charged immediately and all was suppose to be unlocked/ installed immed. I
just don't know what file I'm missing or where to look for it to fix this.
(cant be without excel or word)

When did you order it? There is an MVP who's been looking into issues with
people paying for Office and not getting disks.

Don't know why you have to reinstall ... if you are because you keep getting
a Warning message about the SKU011.CAB file, I found this on the web:

Go into Registry Editor (Start, Run, "regedit").
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Delivery.
There should be only 1 directory under Delivery, which is your DownloadCode
(mine was 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9).
Select that directory [or all if more]. On the right side of the screen,
right-click on CDCache. Change the value to 0. and problem solved

Remember to backup key first prior to modifications
