OK Problem Solved.
Just remove and re-install Project Pro 2007 again. That's what I did and it
worked. Could be that the initial installation lacked something. My
permission and rights are the same but make sure that you have power user to
admin permissions just to make sure it works. Also, the IE trusted sites
settings. Finally make sure you are the Admin in PWA with ALL the rights and
permissions. After importing, you go to PWA and you don't see the project
under project central. That's because you need to publish it, go back to
Proj.Pro and first save to Proj.server and then File/Publish and after
publishing you go to PWA and go to Project Central and there it is. Now my
CIO can see and run analysis of our projects using the PWA. Cool !!!
