The full procedure for modifying the verification scripts to install the update if you have removed the excess language packages are below. These directions are very easy to follow.

On a side note, I understand very well that removing these extra languages after installation is not a supported procedure, but lets be honest about this. Is there any reason that an update package script needs to check and make sure that English users have the Dutch language packages? Product Key verification should be more than enough proof that we are running legal copies of the software.
Not only that, but avoiding this annoying problem for a group of users of an admittedly unknown size requires altering less than one line of code.
Software vendors are under no obligation to spend man hours making unsupported procedures work, but given the simplicity of solving this particular problem, one can only assume that not solving it is deliberate.
