I think more than enough has probably been posted on this topic so I'm not
going to weigh in and add to the confusion -)

Except to say that, for future reference, the reason your code (as
originally posted) failed is because of the line

Private Property Get Cancel() As Boolean

You need to make the Property Public to be able to see it from outside the
UserForm.

Yes, that is it. Man the frustration I went through over something that
should have been obvious. Well at least I learned a lot while trying to
solve it.
