If the WSS site for the enterprise project has associated Risks, Issues, or
Documents, then delete the enterprise project from the Project Server
database and import the backup project using the following FAQ instructions:

http://www.projectserverexperts.com/Shared Documents/DeleteProjectWithoutSubweb.htm

If there are no Risks, Issues, or Documents associated with the project,
delete the enterprise project and then import the backup plan. Hope this
helps.
