Word to Wordperfect no option to "save as"

I have Word 2003 (and previously 2002/xp); both of them allow me to save
as Word Perfect. I am only a user and just installed what the office
told me to install. I constantly switch between WP and Word as some
customers still require WP, and others require Word. I have found the
WP converter from Word is normally better than the Word converter to WP
but my copy of Word 2003 on my machine has converters for many different
formats.

Thanks I'll give that a try on this problem PC. It's the only one that this
is happening to so that doesn't make sense. The only thing I can think of is
the order I installed WP, Word or a SP caused the problem. My laptop is
running 2K and Office 03 and it works just fine saving as WP and i've got
XP's with Office XP that save fine in any format, just this one PC is the
problem child.

I have tried the following with no solution as of yet:

1. Re-install converters from CD.
2. Install "Everything" from CD
3. Install Converter pack from MS
4. Copy all the files located in the \program files\common
files\microsoft\text converters from a working PC

Of note if we go into options and the save tab WP is not an option there
either.
