Outlook will not work. Goes through the error checking/recovery and
then sits with a blank screen/box. Click inside and the familiar "Not
Responding" shows in the Title Bar. Close it (Red X) and get an error
message, then force close, then send error to MS.
As for the previous post about Print Preview not showing to "save on
space", what bunk. Don't take the personally, but if that is the
reason, forget it. I'm actually loosing space with those "nice big
icons" than before. Plus the time spent hunting for the particular
grouping of what I want.
Don't know what is going through Office production heads, but consider
this. Office has been in the same toolbar format for say 12 years and
people are accustomed to clicking or finding something fast, now all
that has changed.
Why? This is speeding things up?
This new layout is just as stupid as moving the Windows Explorer
shortcut icon from Start/Programs to Start/Programs/Accessories in
Windows 2000.
Why? To keep trainers employed teaching people where to find things
now? Ok, I'll buy that because I'm sure I'll get more work now, was
getting tired fixing spyware and Windows patches on computers...

Does Outlook still work in safe mode? If so there might be a reference to
the Search Add-in in the Trust Center (I guess you don't need directions for
that anymore?)

Oh great, now Outlook will not load ever since I uninstalled that
Windows Desktop Search.
Keeps opening in repair mode, then times out "Not Responding" and then
have to force shutdown, send error message to Microsoft.
Guess have to load Outlook or Office all over again...
