Entourage Freezes or hangs when reading a message with a pdf

Hi just to update..

thanks to all who contributed in the end i found this kb article

To embed the entire font when you export to PDF:
In InDesign choose File -> Export PDF.
In the Export to PDF dialog box select Advance from the options on the left hand side
Set the option Subset Fonts When Percent of Characters Used is Less to 0%

we usually put 100% on font sub-setting thinking this setting will embed the fonts but its not..

Now Entourage is previewing correctly.. and it seems PDF's are working on preview and adobe acrobat.. crossing my fingers now.. although i still have those logs on the console it will only log two lines of it unlike before that it will log like a thousand...
