Try this, no promises:
Go to your C:windowssystem32 folder and DELETE the LegitCheckControl.dll
file. Then go to
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/Validate.aspx?displaylang=en and
revalidate. That will reload the DLL file correctly. Reboot your computer
after this.

We tried that yesterday October 17.
Thank you
JoAnn Paules said:There was recently an issue with the validation process and it caused
that result. How long ago did you try this?

Jacques Demers said:Hi,
On one of our computers, when we go on the following Microsoft web site
http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/ and we click on Validate Office, we
received the message "Validation Unsuccessful". If I do the same on
another machine we received the message "Validation Successful". We are
using a corporate licence with the same number on every machine. Can
someone tell me if they encounter that situation?
Thank you
Jacques
