I get the same problem. I was initially not even able to get to the
initial installation screen (where it asks you to enter your License
Key) because I'd reallocated my Temp folder to a non-standard partition
(F:). When I changed that to the more standard directory under
Documents and Settings I was able to start installing.

But now I get the same error as here. I tried switching My Documents
back from the partition it was assigned to thinking it might have been
a similar problem, but no luck.
