Terry,
It's the best; simplest iso burner out there; free; and
jeffproof-basically ya just browse to the iso-and it grabs it.
It's got a slider to adjust your speeds;but after one or two times;and a bit
of hesitancy;(was leery) I let it stay at default-"optimal" on the
slider-not one single bad burn-not one. And it's a teeny app,(66 kb's) I
just keep it on a flash, zipped; and whenever I need to use it-plug in my
flash-BINGO.

I downloaded from MSDN and used Nero 7.5.9.0 to burn the iso image,
which verified. I am running Windows XP SP2 fully patched. I got this
same error also.

I then mounted the iso image with Daemon Tools 4.06HE and ran the setup
program. It works.

Ohhhh!!! A cracked install can be fixed very easily. What you need to do is to uninstall it first and then get your brain to give your legs the command to go to the nearest store that has Off 2007 for sale. When you get in the store ask the first clerk if he has Office 2007 in stock. If No then continue to another store. If Yes then reach into your pocket and pull out your Credit Card or Cash and pay for it. After that run home and install that Office 2007. Your issue will be solved without any error's.

Now you know Picska

I do think that all the downloads you have made are ok. Because I tried
installing Office 2007 Ultimate on Vista Ultimate and had similar
problems. My installation source was a DVD from Micorsoft. So what I
think actual Office setup has a problem.
Anyway I did install Office 2007 Ultimate after some struggle and I did
publish a post on this.
If any one interested please visit my lengthy blog at either
