Looks like the forum software corrupted the long URL.
Try this tiny URL.
And which > identity folder am I removing.
In your Documents folder you'll find the Microsoft User Data folder. Inside
the MUD folder is your Office 2004 Identities. Move your Identity named
"Main" by default to the desktop. Open Entourage and it will create a
new blank Main Identity. This will tell you if it is Entourage or a problem
in your User's folder or your OS files.
If you have more Identities, I would remove them all. Just drag back to
overwrite the blank one.

The rebuilding process takes a lot of room. I offer the service to rebuild
Identities if you do not have the physical room to do them yourself. Recovering
a database is very time consuming and I do charge for it. The last one
I did took over 12 hrs to recover all the data and transfer it to a new
Identity.

OK when I dragged the main identity folder to my desktop my entourage opened without the pinwheel spinning infinately. so which is my problem, entourage, user's folder, or OS files? should i just delete the main identity folder?
