Word 2004 Crashes on cut or copy or forward delete

Sorry: I shoulda warned you -- it needs to be a plain text email, with a
Subject and at least one line of text, and NO attachment...

Anything else will disappear without trace into the Spam or Virus bit-bucket
on the server long before I see it...

I will return you a one-shot password that enables you to get an attachment
into Fort Knox...
